Solid Ground Church as an expression of the local church aims to be relevant in the way it reaches out to South Africa. We believe that preaching the Gospel is at the very heart of what we as a church are called to do. Therefore, we have a dedicated missions budget that goes contributing to the Bible Society of South Africa, The Gideons, as well as supporting local initiatives like Sango Village's orphanage in the outlying district surrounding Middelburg. Bear in mind that each of us are actually the church. Every single time that you leave to go on holiday or on out-of-town business, you are actually going out into South Africa as the salt and the light of the world. Therefore, don't only ask what the church is doing to reach the County of South Africa, but consider you own life as a living testimony of what Jesus Christ has done for us all! |
